| 50 gliders have been registrated for the Belgian Gliding Championship 2010. Security and mobility on the air side of the airfield will be of utmost importance during all the activities. You are kindly requested NOT to come with heavy vehicules on the air side. ONLY vehicules with a maximum weight of 2.5 tons are allowed for towing the trailers/gliders on the grass of the airfield. Minibusses, heavy vans, mobilhomes, caravans, trucks, ... are STRICTLY FORBIDDEN to penetrate on the air side. A control of this rule will be executed from the very first day of the competition |

| The airspace requested for the Championship should be provided by the Belgian Airspace Management military and civilian agencies at the end of April 2010. According to first inside information it seems that we should get the same airspace as in 2009. The airspace should allow the competitors to fly up to FL 70 in a large area and give them the possibility to connect safely to French or German or Luxemburg airspaces. |

| "La semaine infernale" and "Le jeu des dictionnaires" at the Belgian Nationals at St-Hubert. The recording of these popular RTBF radio programmes will take place at St-Hubert on 6 May 2010. The five radio shows will be broadcast during the championships, on Saturday 8 May, and from Monday 10 to Thursday 13 May from 17:15 to 18:00 on RTBF.Be "La Première". You are invited to attend the recording session. Advance order : 10 euros. On the spot : 12 euros. | For an unexpected and unforseable reason the HORECA Complex Clé des Airs has been closed. There is no local manager at this time. The general manager (SOWAER) has promised to find a solution not later than 15 April 2010. Sorry for the inconvenience |

| So far 46 competitors have announced their participation to the Belgian Gliding Championship. The maximum admissible number of participants is 50. Please note that your participation will be fully valid when you will have paid your registration fee as mentioned in the local rules. First paid first served. Any exception can only be authorized by the Director of the Championship |
